Get in contact with an admin- get past the automated message responses and tell them you've tried all of the troubleshooting options. UPDATE: A solution to this problem for me was found. I have tried to restart CS:GO and steam but nothing has worked. If I press the play button on the faceit website, steam tells me that the server isn't responding but I know that it is because my friends that I queued with are already connected. If i open up the console, it shows that it is continually retrying to connect to the server. It will take me to the loading screen but won't show what map is being played and with no loading bar. I always try to join with the connect ip command in the steam console. After accepting a game from a faceit queue and the server has been configured, I can't join the server.
